Pay Range: $40-$43/hr

Must Haves:

• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — should understand concepts like churn, velocity, matrix stages, etc.
• Experience with JIRA or ServiceNow (for stories, epics, features, defects, and issues)
• Ability to build Power BI dashboards independently
• Developer mindset — not a developer role, but understanding of development concepts is helpful

Day to Day:

• Analyze OKRs and performance metrics (velocity, churn, backlog health, etc.)
• Identify problems to turn “red” metrics into “green” through insights
• Can influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
• Comfortable working directly with development teams and production support
• Combine and interpret multiple matrices to derive efficiencies
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI / Tableau
• Help define and improve KPIs through data stories and deep analysis
• Support the dev and product support teams with actionable data insights
• Engage in thought leadership and help define improvement opportunities in home lending
