Job Description:

• Develop and maintain applications supporting the Independent Price Verification process, using object-oriented software on a proprietary Quartz platform.

• Create data-transfer tools to replicate data from NoSQL datastores into Oracle Exadata systems.

• Build RESTful web services and design interfaces connecting the UI and backend services.

• Implement data-grid centric UIs using the Angular framework.

• Participate fully in all stages of the software development lifecycle within an Agile process.

• Ensure high performance and reliability by leveraging grid computing techniques and object-oriented databases.

Must-Haves

• 6–10 years of software development experience in object-oriented languages (e.g., Java, C++, C#).

• 3–5 years of hands-on Python experience for building data tools and services.

• 6–10 years of experience designing and tuning SQL databases and queries.

• Strong understanding of REST API development and web service design.

• Familiarity with UI frameworks like Angular (v15+), Git, and npm.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.

Pluses

• Prior exposure to financial instruments and price verification processes.

• Experience in grid computing to handle large-scale data processing.

• Familiarity with object-oriented databases such as ZODB—useful for complex data storage.
