Job Title: Data Analyst

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support data and analytics strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data solutions, perform in-depth data analysis, and promote data literacy across the company. Your work will drive data-informed decision-making and process optimization through statistical analysis, data modeling, and data engineering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and insights.

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, visualization, and exploratory analysis.

• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines.

• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to uncover trends and predict outcomes.

• Maintain data models, documentation, and data quality processes.

• Guide and train teams on data tools and best practices.

• Serve as a project lead or key contributor on strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R

• Data visualization tools - Tableau

• Experience with cloud platforms - GCP

• Data warehousing - BigQuery

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in utilities or similar industries.

• Project management and data governance knowledge.
