An Excellent Opportunity for Technical Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC location.

Pay Rate Range: $55/hr. - $60/hr.

Overview:

• Captures and supports delivery of business and system requirements to accomplish business goals
• Understands both business requirements and the basic tenets of the technical solution. Helps effectively translate needs between both sets of stakeholders
• Is accountable for the team backlog
• Story writing acceptance criteria definition; requirements traceability
• Decomposition of requirements from complex Epics to digestible user stories
• Prioritization of user stories and Enablement work
• Ensuring user stories meet the Definition of Ready before work begins and meet the Definition of Done before acceptance
• Leverages different analysis techniques to assist with creation of Epics and stories
• Creation of process flow diagrams, context diagrams, use cases, etc.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to define and prioritize JIRA Epics
• Helps remove team impediments
• Lead/participate in sprint demos and other team ceremonies as needed
• Participate in Train sync meetings
• Is accountable to maximize the value delivered by the team

Required Skills:

• Experience working with scrum and kanban teams in a Scaled Agile environment; experience defining user (and technical) stories/acceptance criteria and leading backlog refinement conversations
• Experience employing various technical analysis techniques
• Experience working with LOB product managers and System Architects to write Epics and decompose into stories

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of the ATM and Cash/Check deposit processing domain
