Position Details:
Title: Senior Manager of Software Development
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid: 1–2 days/week in office)
Work Model: Hybrid – flexible, but in-office for collaboration/whiteboarding
Salary: $140K–$150K + 10–15% bonus
Start Date: ASAP
Interview Process: 2-3 Rounds (One technical screening) and then a survey and 2 rounds of technical interview with the managers
Must-Haves:
- 8+ years software development experience
- 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role
- Full-stack and mobile experience
- Deep expertise in MS stack: .NET Core, C#, Blazor, SQL Server
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading engineering teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in smaller/startup environments (hands-on leadership)
Pluses:
- Angular/React or modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with hospitality or private club industries
- Experience shaping technology strategy or evaluating emerging tools
