About the Role
- We are seeking a Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst to collaborate with IT and business teams to define and deliver digital application solutions that align with business objectives
- This role requires a blend of business and technology skills, along with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Business and IT, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and contributing to the overall success of projects throughout their lifecycle
- Lead the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements, business processes, high-level solution design, data mapping, system analysis, test case design, and implementation planning and support
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and IT interfacing groups to deliver successful project outcomes
- Potentially lead other IT project work as needed based on project demands
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical business analyst role within a project-based agile environment
- Experience in projects involving the creation of websites, including user registration and login capabilities
- Extensive experience supporting an agile scrum team as a product owner for new website development
- Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills across different organizational levels
- Ability to understand system interactions and map data from source to target applications
- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with experience in agile tools like Jira
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in technology with a strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies and techniques
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills
- Ability to develop application knowledge through documentation review
Pay Range:
$50 to $53/hr.
