Required:
- Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Administration (Servicing) experience. Ability to apply basic math and accounting principles to loan servicing and financial processes. Solution-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with business partners.
- Demonstrated competence in understanding and adhering to financial credit and operational risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and professional approach to servicing.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and manage time and tasks with high organization.
- Capable of working independently and adapting to change.
- Technically proficient, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
