Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Agentic AI Projects
Duration: 12-month contract with high chance of extension or conversion to FTE
Location: Remote
Function: Remote – CST Working Hours

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders (2–3 calls/day) to gather functional requirements
• Turn business needs into detailed Jira tickets and user stories
• Own and maintain BRDs and documentation in Confluence
• Act as the connective tissue between business, PM, and AI engineers
• Help scope, define, and track work across multiple AI projects
• Translate AI-specific processes (agent design, API interaction, Langflow blocks) into business-understandable plans
• Join sprint planning and deployment meetings
• Anticipate blockers, clarify asks, and ensure alignment across teams
  Occasionally act in a PM capacity, tracking deliverables

Must Haves

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst (technical focus)
• Strong experience with:
  Internal SaaS products (non-customer-facing tools)
  Jira and Confluence
  Writing BRDs and technical documentation
• Familiarity with AI development cycles, including:
  API integrations
  Basic understanding of Python, prompts, and workflows
  Agentic AI vs. generative AI (you don’t need to code, but must understand the concepts)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work Central Time Zone hours
• Strong technical writing or system documentation background
