Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid | 2–3 Dayz Onsite | Open to Relocation)
Type: 6–12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: Early August
Pay Range: $55-65/hr 
Interview Availability: Open (Calendar Access)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead enterprise-level implementations and mentor junior consultants within a high-performing ServiceNow delivery team. This hybrid role blends architecture, development, and client-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage 3–4 ServiceNow customer engagements

• Design and deliver complex implementations and integrations

• Collaborate with architects and offshore development teams

• Guide and mentor a team of 4 junior consultants

• Act as a trusted advisor for long-term client success

• Leverage domain separation for multi-tenant environments

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform (Dev → Consultant path)

• Experience with SPM or any CIS-certified module

• Strong client-facing/consulting background

• Knowledge of domain separation in ServiceNow

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and deliver in fast-paced environments
