Position Details:   

Client: Banking Industry  

Job Title: Accounting Data Consultant 

Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 (On Site) 

Duration: 18 Months + Possible Extension/Conversion  

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9am- 5:30pm   

Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hr 

Required: 

• Proficient in Excel 

• SQL writing skills/preferably using Oracle Toad Data point or Tableau/Alteryx 

• Strong Accounting skills 

• Minimum 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 

Preferred: 

• Leasing experience 

• Familiar with Alfa software for Leasing Accounting 

• Familiar with Agile practices for change management 

Overview: 

• Production support: Uploading mass changes, portfolio uploads for funding, database changes. 

• Additional project work during migration may be assigned based on skill set: Report development, testing validation, coordination with line of business. 

• Support with agile process (prioritizing and testing changes and defects for release to production).

• Through the use of relational databases and other reporting tools, compiles data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal processes.  

• Prepares reports for management review.  

• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  

• Performs a variety of tasks.  

• May lead and direct the work of others.  

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  

• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
