Pay Range - $ 55 - $ 60

Job Description: 

• Provide application support for Java-based systems hosted on Linux servers, ensuring system stability, performance, and issue remediation.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline operations and support tasks.

• Monitor and analyze system logs, Splunk dashboards, and perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and escalations as needed.

• Manage application deployments, software installations, and participate in disaster recovery procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DB, Network, Storage) and utilize ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.

• Maintain accurate system documentation and participate in on-call rotation for production support.

Must-Haves

• 5–8 years of experience in application support, including Java and SQL

• Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell

• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, incident/ticket management, and Splunk dashboards

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and leadership audiences

• Proficiency in tools for reporting and data analysis

Nice-to-Haves

• Linux, Java, SQL, Python, or PowerShell certifications

• Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing systems

• Background in infrastructure monitoring or enterprise operations support
