Position: C# Golang Developer

Industry: Telecommunications

Type: 6-months contract (potential extension/conversion)

Location: Fully Remote

Day to day:

• Develop and embed Golang microservices within an existing C# application codebase
• Collaborate daily with engineers and assist in rewriting and modernizing critical legacy systems into GoLang
• Use GCP to design, deploy, and manage services
• Contribute to architecture discussions, PoC implementations, and future-state design
• Support, coach, and upskill C# developers transitioning into GoLang
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and integrate into the customer’s engineering workflow

Must haves:

• 3–6 years of GoLang development experience (flexible based on caliber)
• Prior hands-on C# development experience (strongly preferred for transition context)
• GCP deployment experience (e.g., GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Functions)
• Strong communication skills, team-first mindset, and ability to collaborate with highly tenured engineers
• Comfortable working in legacy codebases and contributing to future-state architectures
• Ability to work independently while building trust with long-tenured internal teams
