We are looking for a highly skilled Lead or Senior Software Engineer to design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions for platforms. In this role, you’ll lead engineering efforts, build reusable frameworks, and contribute to real-time streaming architectures and microservices-based systems. You’ll work closely with product owners, architects, and platform engineers to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing software solutions using modern technologies and best practices. Strong experience in AWS, Java/Spring Boot, NodeJS, and microservices is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams on integration and platform engineering projects
• Design, build, and support scalable cloud-native applications using AWS
• Develop real-time streaming platforms and reusable platform tools
• Write secure, testable, and well-documented code in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS
• Apply modern architecture principles (12-factor, microservices, serverless)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals

Required Skills:

• Cloud-native software engineering with AWS experience
• Strong coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS
• Expertise in microservices, real-time streaming, and secure API development
• Understanding of distributed systems, resiliency, and scalability patterns
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RDBMS/NoSQL, and DevOps practices
