Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage and deploy cloud security tools across multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Support end-to-end UAT testing and implementation of security controls.

Collaborate with internal teams to align cloud deployments with security requirements.

Perform proof-of-concept (POC) testing for cloud security platforms (e.g., CSPM, SSPM).
-
Develop and maintain cloud control documentation for audits and reviews.
-
Automate UAT and policy validation processes using scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
-
Monitor cloud configurations and posture using native and third-party tools.
-
Troubleshoot cloud security implementations and support deployment challenges.
Must-Have Skills
-
5+ years in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with cloud native security services and tools.

Familiarity with CSPM, CIEM, CWPP, SSPM solutions and security frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO).

Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models and cloud configurations.

Experience with Policy as Code, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid understanding of cloud compliance standards (Cloud Security Alliance, CIS, SANS, etc.).

Knowledge of container security and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficient in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Good communication skills with the ability to document and present security insights.

Experience in UAT, automation, and cloud security deployments.
