Responsibilities:

• Manage information reporting to the IRS for international and retirement accounts.
• Handle requests from the New Service Gateway queue, team email boxes, and various exception reports.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines and requirements for accurate and timely delivery of tax forms.
• Assist with procedure maintenance and participate in yearly tax form testing and production validation.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.

About the Role:

• The Wealth Management Tax Operations team is seeking a Financial Data and Reporting Operations Representative.
• This role is crucial for managing tax-related functions, including IRS and State regulatory reporting, withholding payments, and cost basis updates for Wealth Management Investment and retirement accounts.
