Title  - Manufacturing Business Analyst 

Location - Crawfordsville IN

Type - Fulltime

Compensation - $80-90K (based on expereince and other factors)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide day-to-day support for our operations using Dynamics 365 (D365).
• This role focuses on delivering effective front-end D365 support, driving process improvements, and acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for operations through Dynamics 365 (D365)

• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective front-end D365 support to end users

• Develop and implement solutions to enhance scheduling, resource allocation, and productivity

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions

• Serve as a bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution

• Travel to other sites as needed to support system implementation and user training

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (D365)

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
