Day to day :

Analyze current processes and identify areas to improve but only in PA

work on a team to implement the changes

good communication skills and can be from any background doesn’t have to be steel

focus on reducing errors in operations and boosting productivity
Must haves :

3+ years of experience in continuous improvement

Green belt program

Experience in training and experience developing curriculum

Prior manufacturing experience since he will be working in the plant
