Job Description:
- Prepares the monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay, overtime, etc.
- Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc.
- Makes the calculations of payments related to dismissals.
Skills:
- Previous work with state agencies.
- Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
- Has multi-state tax experience
- MS Office Suites (Excel)
- Communication: Clear and effective communication
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed
Education:
- High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
