Voice Engineer

DayToDay Responsbilities:

Validate voice platform components including IVR, routing, call recordings, and agent tools.

Assist with load/performance testing of systems like NiceCX One.
-
Review logs and monitoring dashboards to detect anomalies or performance issues.
-
Validate call flows and agent experiences under simulated or real workloads.
-
Work closely with telephony engineers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot and document issues.
-
Perform regression, integration, and exploratory testing for new features or upgrades.
-
Maintain detailed test documentation, including cases, results, and defect reports.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and release readiness reviews
Must Have:
-
3+ years in QA or Systems Analysis within contact center/telecom environments.

Working knowledge of voice tech (IVR, ACD, call recording, SIP, RTP).
-
Experience with NiceCX One or similar CCaaS platforms.

Familiarity with CRM integrations and call flow validation.
-
Able to analyze system logs, dashboards, and metrics.

Exposure to QA tools (e.g., JIRA, LoadRunner, JMeter, Cyara).

Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript) for data validation or automation.
Collaboration & Process:

Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

Strong communicator – able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Able to document clearly and track QA artifacts efficiently.
Pay Range:
- $60 - $67
