Pay Range: $70/hr – $75/hr
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supports the execution of Compliance and Operational Risk Management program elements, delivering each element on time and to the required standard and assisting with assessing risks, associated controls, and their effectiveness.
- Contributes to risk assessment of data elements to support appropriate prioritization and scheduling of data testing
- Interacts with members of Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) as well as first line unit (FLU) teams to facilitate data testing and observation management
- Analyzes data and translates test results into recommended actions and can explain results in a manner that resonates across many different audiences
- Produces quality and timely thematic analysis of findings to further determine impact to data control environment
- Manages business partner relationships for areas of responsibility across Data Management and Line of Business teams; has real-time dialog on risks identified and testing observations. Must Have: Required Skills
- Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing, including transaction and conformance testing
- Process Management and effective control design
- Risk Management and audit experience
- Interpretation of Laws, Rules, and Regulations
- Issue Management
- 8+ years working in a related field
- Experience with data management or data governance concepts
- Anti-Money Laundering, Client Onboarding Due Diligence and/or Economic Sanctions knowledge and/or experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
- Ability to communicate complex test results in a clear, concise and partnering manner
- Ability to work in a team environment, focus on high quality execution and clear documentation
