• Reviewing utility customer drawing packages and specifications
• Designing and analyzing tubular steel structures for transmission, distribution, and substation applications, in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements
• Creating design estimates and performing final design checks
• Utilizing 3D modeling software and proprietary tools for pole and component designs
• Collaborating with sales, detailing, project management, and production teams to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinating with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentoring and guiding less experienced team members
• Occasionally traveling to other plant locations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.)

• 2–3+ years of industry experience in an engineering role, preferably within Manufacturing and Industrial setting
