Pay Range: $75 to $78/hr.

• Leads and directs the strategic design, development, implementation, and evaluation of interactive onscreen user experiences, guidance, and communications across multiple internal systems under a specific focus area
• Leads the development and management of activities for significant products or a portfolio of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, influencing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Serves as a key central resource and strategic partner with design, process, test, quality, and marketing, proactively identifying and resolving dependencies as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
  Provides strategic oversight and guidance throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Leads and directs all phases of Digital Adoption development for system areas of focus including analysis, project scoping, storyboarding, building, evaluating, and revising experiences based on SME input, business objectives, and long-term vision.
• Is a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Adoption capabilities, enhancements, and analytics, effectively communicating its benefits and advocating for its strategic use within their scope.
  Demonstrates a strong understanding of technical possibilities and limitations to troubleshoot and maintain Digital Adoption implementations, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Ensures Digital Adoption content within their responsibility adheres to overall enablement and business strategy, as well as technical specifications and brand guidelines, and contributes to the development of these guidelines.
