Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist (Onsite Only)
Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: 100% travel to surrounding sites and sites all over the US
Duration: 6-monthCTH
Pay: $30/hr - $40/hr
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide second & third level desktop support for PC/LAN and laptop/workstation end-users including senior-level management and plant operators.

Main IT support on the ground for all communications, coordination, onsite projects, and client relations.

Adhere to Plant and OSHA safety guidelines and policies.

Familiarity with plant outage procedures, alerts and emergencies, and overall plant environment.

Update and monitor ticketing systems.

Provide routine problem reporting and recommendations to management.

Install, configure, move, and retire PC equipment.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Knowledge of computer hardware devices (Dell, Lenovo, Network Printers)

Experience in MS Windows 10 and 11
-
Experience in Office Suites, primarily O365. Cisco AnyConnect VPN, MS Outlook with MS Exchange for end users, MS Teams,
-
Microsoft Certification; MCP, MCSE a bonus.

Experience with remote control, Intune (MEM) computer enrollment.
