Title: Contracts Data Coordinator

• The Content Strategy and Insights Team is seeking a professional to support a specific rights management and tracking project.
• In coordination with the licensing and rights management teams, the CS&I team is responsible for tracking, budgeting, and executing all licensing deals 

• This includes receiving and tracking deal memos and licensing agreements.
• The rights management team is currently working to set up Rightsline for the streaming organization, but the system relies on information provided by the CS&I team.
• The current information is disorganized and inconsistent across.
• This contractor would be responsible for going through all available licensing agreements from the past few years, properly extracting relevant information, and aggregating in one central, organized place (i.e., Airtable).
• This would serve as the foundation of the information used to populate Rightsline.
• The team is looking for someone extremely detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and accountable.
