Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location:  Austin, TX - Onsite Role
Duration: 6 Months - (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Rate: $19-$22/hr.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to manage and maintain customer accounts. This role involves order entry, design coordination (no software skills required), pricing, cost analysis, problem resolution, and assisting in production scheduling at our manufacturing facilities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Enter and manage customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate design aspects without the need for software skills.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and conduct cost analysis.
  • Resolve issues and assist in production scheduling.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal and external customers, primarily via phone.
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of a Divisional Manufacturing environment.
 
Education Qualification:
  • High School diploma required.
  • A college degree is preferred, with a concentration in business or accounting.
 
Required Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in learning about manufacturing machine capabilities.
  • Experience in pricing strategies and cost analysis.
  • Comfort with accounting and numerical tasks, including decimals and fractions.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of precision.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment while also contributing individually.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of AS400 is a plus.
