Job Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: NYC, NY - Hybrid - 3 Day onsite
Duration: 06 Months (Extension based on performance)
Pay Rate: $45-$49per hour

Description:

Sources, screens, interviews, makes offers, and works directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.

Prefer a minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferrable corporate recruiting.

Familiar with Taleo, Eightfold, Outlook, and other candidate CRMs (such as Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors).

Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters, and recruitment coordinator, and the onboarding team.

Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, and corporate functions is ideal.

Must live within commutable distance to the office in Phoenix, AZ.

This position is hybrid, in the office 3 day a week. Will attend events in the office to support hiring for that location from time to time.
