Day-to-Day:

• They will be working with agile and giving morning standup updates. 
• Must have knowledge in React, Node, .Net experience, OOP, and Design patterns is a huge plus.
• Java is a nice to have but not a must for this candidate to be submitted.

Must:

Dotnet development (must have):

• Strong knowledge with C#.Net, Web API and Asp.Net Core 3.1/6.0.
• Experience with .NET Web Services, WCF, REST

• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming (OOD, OOPS)
• Design Patterns a plus.

Plusses:

Java development (plus):

• Strong experience in designing and developing middle tier services.

• Strong JAVA programming experience is required

• Implement Unit test cased using Junit
• Understanding of MVC and developing applications using Spring Framework

• Design Patterns a plus. - very critical – along with the .net skills

Full Stack development:

• Strong Web application development experience on both client and server
• Having at least a year of experience building a modular, scalable JavaScript app with ReactJS.
• Experience working with service-based architectures including REST.
• Working knowledge of both relational (Preferably SQL Server experience) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Knowledge of Caching data stores, Queuing systems (Service Bus, Kafka or any) and NodeJS
