Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite
Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance).
Pay Rate: $44-$46.00/hr

Description:
  • Operate independently to plan, develop, and execute talent management and learning projects.
  • Experience designing and producing short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs
  • Adept at translating complex technical and safety procedures into training modules
  • Subject matter experts to develop impactful video-based learning assets, simulations, and assessments that drive learner engagement, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting and communicating with multiple stakeholder groups, including partners, customers, and campus leaders.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience producing short-form training videos and digital learning content.
  • Strong skills in video editing software
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital content authoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple training projects at once.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in health, safety, facilities, security, or technical training environments.
  • Knowledge of microlearning principles and best practices for modern learners.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content.
 
Work Conditions:
  • Primarily an on-campus role with the ability to travel to various units for filming and training sessions.
  • Standard office and light fieldwork settings.
  • This is not an HR role — it’s a hands-on, content-driven position focused on making safety and technical training faster, smarter, and more engaging for the community.
