Duration: 12 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire) 
Shift: Mon to Fri | 8-hour shift between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (various shifts available)
Pay Range: $20/hr to $21/Hr. 
 
Job Overview:
  • We are a Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join the Wealth Management Field Support team within the Business and Monetary Control (BMC) department.
  • This role involves providing high-quality service support by assisting clients with financial transactions, account activity, and stock option inquiries.
  • CSRs handle an average of 40-60 calls per day and must demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
