Job Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr to $24.00/hr
Role Overview:
Support drone delivery operations through equipment handling, airspace monitoring, warehouse tasks, and community engagement. Follow safety procedures, document activities, and assist with daily operational needs.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work long shifts (up to 12 hrs), and operate in all weather conditions

Open to nights, weekends, holidays, and up to 25% travel

Basic mechanical aptitude, reporting skills, and teamwork experience
Preferred:

Warehouse/logistics or aviation/drone background

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
Training: 3 day in Seattle during initial onboarding.
Notes: DOT drug/alcohol testing required if in safety-sensitive functions.
