Title: Drone Operator (Support Engineer)

Location: Lockeford, CA

Pay Range: $20/hr to $25.83/hr

Duration: 11 months (Contract to Hire)

Job Description:

Must have skills:

  • Part 107 is required. Open to someone who's could be pending. 
  • Need FAA certification
  • Must pass FAA drug and Alcohol test and be subject to continuous testing
  • No private pilot certificate is required
  • 2nd class medical nice to have
  • Aviation experience of some sort,
  • Valid driver's license will be driving an issued vehicle
  • Secondary role: Visual observer driving to points around time to scope other traffic, Heli, balloons, etc.
  • Will be trained in all fields, drone assistant, visual observer, someone already runs fulfillment, hands-on drone or observations.

Nice to have:

  • Safety officer role, aviation, and drone experience.
  • A private pilot license allows for FAA part 107 to be obtained a lot easier.
  • Second Class Medical certificate
