Position: Process Design Analyst
Location: Fort Worth TX (76155)
Duration: 11 months
Pay rate: $50/hr.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Create training/FAQs/QRG decks to address skill gaps in employees

·        Prepare learning materials for refresher training, huddles, etc.

·        Review feedback to gauge the effectiveness of process and procedures

·        Create and/or redesign of business controls to ensure compliance to laws, rules and regulations

·        Analyze, implement, and update processes so as to drive performance efficiencies

·        Analyze the effectiveness of current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness

·        Ability to train and onboard new employees when necessary.

Required Skills:

·        Experience in business controls, training, and/or process design experience

·        Ability to access procedures and identify opportunities needed to be resolved

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to analyze data and determine course of action

·        Proven track record of implementing controls to ensure a controlled environment is in place

·        Attention to detail

·        Minimum of three (3) years of business controls, training, and/or process design experience

Education/Certification:

·        Undergraduate degree preferred
