  • Proficiency is MS Office especially Excel, self-starter, someone who is motivated.
  • Knowledge of NCQA, CMS, and company's credentialing criteria.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Daily responsibilities will primarily be reviewing requests for providers.
  • The position is very inventory based with monitoring requests submitted into iServe.


Required Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Required Experience: 

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
