- Understanding of cyber risks and the impact of risks materializing, especially email/web related, to quickly understand the requirements we'll use in email filtering review/IAG process changes (crucial)
- Understanding of basic reporting/information gathering – As we handle many requests daily from various different stakeholders, information provided is not always comprehensive, the candidate must have good information gathering skills (crucial)
- Understanding of web proxy (preferably McAfee/OpenSystems)/email filtering solutions and process, to share the knowledge and be able to contribute better at the beginning of the process creation (important)
- Some ServiceNow experience, to help with creation of email filtering and entitlement requests(important)
- Some cloud admin experience with Azure, to help with developing Edge Mobile/external Azure Tenants unblocking process (useful)
- Some security governance experience, preferably in financial institutions, to help with drafting governance of processes mentioned above (useful).
