Pay Rate: $60/hr. to $70/hr.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop software prototypes to prove or disprove research hypothesis in the area of Computer Vision based processing and verification environments
• Be obsessively passionate, inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and clearly communicate while confidently driving multiple projects
• Work with teams across Avionics to explore a broad disruptive trade space
• Collaborate with product design teams, Digital Technology, Enterprise Digital Engineering organizations, and the Engineering tools organizations to enable adoption and transition of developed techniques.
• Drive teams with focus ranging from early minimum viable prototypes to scalable high-fidelity evaluations as concepts mature towards transition.
  Work hand-in-hand with teams across Avionics to influence and adopt Sandbox technology
  
  Basic Qualifications:
• Strong Software engineering skills including design, development and debugging
• Fluent in C or C++ or Python
• Proven execution skills in developing software in complex systems
• Demonstrated positive engineering technical results on complex programs
• Passion or Experience in Computer Vision / Machine Learning technologies and tools
  
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with computer vision tools like OpenCV, YOLO, PIP, Tensorflow, PyTorch
• Deep Learning, Neural Networks and Artificial Intelligence
• Technical understanding of computer vision and machine learning
• Familiar with state-of-the-art CV/ML models and tools
• Experience in Avionics software application domains preferred
