- Experience with multiple isolation and purification techniques of small molecule organic compounds
- Structural characterization (HPLC, NMR, MS)

Presentation Skills:
- Experience with Biocatalysis
What type of environment is this person working in? - Lab – group setting (team with 4 other individuals)
Purpose: - Investigate, identify, and develop new synthetic methodology to a target small molecule organic compound.
- Optimize reaction conditions to provide yield and purity improvements.
- Generate reliable and reproducible data in a timely manner.
- Read and adapt scientific literature to accomplish assignments and demonstrate broad and versatile technical expertise within discipline.
