Direct Notes
  • Must Haves - 5+ years’ experience as a BA. Trading experience. At a minimum they need to have brokerage experience. Able to lead a group of BAs.
  • Daily: Wealth mgmt. online platform – system maintenance, analysis, prioritizing tasks
  • Interview: First round with BA managers, Second round with business partners (can be In-Person) and Possibly a third round if needed
Skills Needed
  • Along with the typical BA skills, this individual must have trading experience. At a minimum they need to have brokerage experience. Able to lead a group of BAs.
  • 5+ years of Experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
