Job Title: Software Dev Engineer II

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr

Job Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
• They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.

Preferred coding skills:

• Java, ReactJS, Microservices along with working knowledge of software engineering best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, design patterns, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Experience:

• Java, React front end UX framework, JS, Microservices.
• Detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently, and can maintain professionalism under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, design patterns, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Ideally someone who has experience more on front end work versus the back end.

Degree or Certification:

• A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
