Job Description:   

  • The Fulfillment Associate for CT has primary responsibility for providing superior service by: 
  • Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers 
  • Researching and analyzing legal documents 
  • Submitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations 
  • Retrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations 
  • Researching entity status 
  • Resolving or escalating issues 
  • Following requests through to completion 
  • Communicating progress to customers and internal teams 
  • Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. 
  • Overtime and minimal (5%) travel may be required. 
  • Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success 
  • Participates in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects
Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.): 
Experience, Knowledge and Tools Minimum Experience: 
  • 4 years customer service experience, including: 
  • Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately. 
  • Utilizing keen attention to detail skill accurately 
  • Utilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and written communication. 
  • Working independently while still being an integral part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Adobe, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively. 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
