Job Description:
- The position is fully remote, but candidates MUST be local to the 5 boroughs of New York (Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, or Queens).
- Candidate must be bilingual in ENGLISH/KOREAN
- Candidate MUST have customer service skills as this position will be making outbound calls to members.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments with providers.
