  Job Description:

  • The position is fully remote, but candidates MUST be local to the 5 boroughs of New York (Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, or Queens).
  • Candidate must be bilingual in ENGLISH/KOREAN
  • Candidate MUST have customer service skills as this position will be making outbound calls to members.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments with providers.
  • Participates in ongoing or project-based activities that may require extensive member outreach (telephonically and/or face-to-face).
