Job Description

Title:  Sr. Business Analyst

Location:  Minneapolis, MN - 55401 (2-3 Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Direct Notes:

• Must Haves - 5+ years’ experience as a BA/BSA, Ability to read APIs and SQL skills
• Nice to have: Trading/brokerage background
• Daily: Wealth mgmt. online platform – system maintenance, analysis, prioritizing tasks
• Interview: First round with BA managers, Second round with business partners (can be In-Person) and Possibly a third round if needed

Skills Needed:

• Along with the typical BA skills, this individual should have experience with data and how it works on the backend/database side. They should also know how to read APIs and know SQL
• 5+ years of Experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
• Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
• Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
