Job Title:                       Data Reporting Analyst

Duration:                       6 Months of Contract Project (Possible Conversion)

Location:                       Tampa, FL– (Hybrid – On-site Operations)

Team Overview:

• The Legal Data and Reporting Analyst will be part of the Legal Chief Data Office's (LCDO) Reporting Team within the broader Global Legal Solutions organization.
• The senior analyst will be supporting reports and report packages, onboarding new reporting needs, discovery, identifying and delivering reporting solutions, perform data management & data quality analytics and engaged in small to medium size projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Support and lead defining and documenting governance and risk reduction measurement and metrics process
• Lead and support definition, implementation, and operationalization of governance and risk reduction metrics reporting process , and data certification
• Support data quality related initiatives including production activities around current legal data quality assessment/scorecard monitoring, DQ issue investigation, root cause analysis and remediation coordination in partnership with different teams across Legal, GFT Technology partners and Enterprise Chief Data Office.
• Support interim tactical data management coordination activities required for reporting, where needed.
• Support enforcement of appropriate data governance and controls within Legal (including BI reporting related controls).
• Maintain a curate inventory of standard reports and reporting capabilities both within Legal and in the broader organization, to inform/ accelerate future capability deployments and inform build vs. buy decisions.
