Description:

  • 5 years experience in Marketing/Marketing support (hospitality or event experience preferred)
  • Support event planning and execution deliverables (may include giveaways, gamification, housing support, expo pass distribution)
  • Provide hospitality service support at executive events (book and manage customer and executive transportation, on-site host services, food and beverage coordination)
  • Effective project management including creation, ownership and adherence to timelines and templatesProven passion for learning and growth
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Positive and motivated self-starter
  • Budget tracking experience preferred
