Day To Day Responsibilities:

Will be the primary engineer in focusing on New Franchise openings and closing. This will involve :

Expertise in setting up, troubleshooting and maintenance of IPSEC VPN tunnels on ASA firewalls and Silverpeak SDWAN appliances.
Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting of NAT Policies, and whitelisting on Orchestrators like FMC, Silverpeak EC, CDO etc.
Configurations of ASA/FTD firewalls and Cisco Switches
Responsiveness and planning capabilities to co-ordinate with Franchise Owners to establish connectivity.

Must Have:

3+ years of experience designing and implementing complex networks, including firewalls (SDWAN, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
Moderate to advanced knowledge of switches, firewalls, and security concepts (IOS, NEXUS, ASA, VPN, ACL, STP, SNMP).
Experience with ITIL platforms such as ServiceNow
Moderate to advanced knowledge with SolarWinds for monitoring, scripting, and assets management.
Moderate to advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, GRE).
3+ years’ experience in network support, design, and/or architecture on moderately complex networks.
