Location - This can be fully remote. Office locations are in Wilson/Raleigh/Charlotte, NC. 

Title - Incident Manager / Network Engineer 

Duration - 12 Months (Possible Extension) 

Responsibilities:  

• Works within a team of Engineers that provide Incident Management from within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, responsible for Cisco related troubleshooting of routers, switches, ATM's, an understanding of voice and data systems, and other monitoring related activities focused on the hardware and software of the company.
• Previous Incident andor Problem Management experience is required. Seek and maintain professional relationships and effective communications with  Line of Business,
• other Infrastructure teammates, vendors, software agents, outside specialists, and industry experts. Undertake research of hardwaresoftware products and maintain strong knowledge with current technologies, especially those commonly used in the organization.
• Holds various Network Certifications including CCNA/CCNP are preferred. Previous managerialtechnology lead experience is preferred. 

Must Have Sklls Prior Experiences: 

• Incident Management from within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
• Cisco related troubleshooting of routers, switches, ATM's, an understanding of voice and data systems,
• and other monitoring related activities focused on the hardware and software of the company. 

Plus Nice to Have Sklls Prior Experiences: 

• Various Network Certifications including CCNACCNP are preferred.  Previous managerial technology lead experience is preferred.
