JOB TITLE: Lead Business Analyst for Onboarding and KYC Automation
Job Description:• Create Business and Function Requirements• Lead/Manage Client Deliverables and Book of Work• Provide Direction and Technical Leadership on complex, high-impact projects.• Data Modelling, Mapping, Mining and Transformation• Work closely with IT, PM and Operations partners• Develop Interfaces - Web GUI / API• Develop solution designs for Technical projects• Work with Data Providers Vendors (Internal & External)• Define EPICs and User Stories based on Client Requirements• Work with Stakeholders• Documentation and User Training
Required Skills• Working with Clients and capture Business Requirement• Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications• Validation and Testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations.• Understanding of Data Model• Vendor/Data Source Hierarchy for Golden Copy• Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis• College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience• Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure• Data Oriented with an excellent attention to detail
Qualifications• 6-10 years of relevant experience• Demonstrated leadership skills• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication• Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
