Job Title: Business Support Professional
Type (Contract): 12 month contract
Location: Ashburn-VA-USA-Remote

Pay Range: $35-$38/hr

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Business support professional experienced in circuit research/provisioning audit work, collection and analysis of data from a variety of data sources for ongoing evaluation.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management skills and able to handle repetitious tasks.
• Focus on driving operational improvements in addition to supporting program goals.
• Good communication skills to work with management.
• Candidate must have aptitude to achieve the best possible outcomes, processes and savings to reach business strategic goals and targets.
• Above average Excel skills and good knowledge of g-sheets.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Prior client experience is desired
• Process standardize data as needed according to outlined procedures. Prefer college degree.

JOB DUTIES:

• Candidate will support triaging and tracking of third party carrier decommission programs.
• Must be able to track circuits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive project execution.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• College degree preferred but not required
