Position: IT Specialist

Responsibilities
Maintain and support the standard end-user computing environment, which consists of 10,000 users, 8,000 desktops/laptops, mobile devices and virtual desktops across 27 domestic and 25 international sites.
Design, implementation and deployment of end-user computing solutions and management strategies, including desktop, laptop, mobile device, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and cloud-based end-user computing solutions.
Manage new deployments/releases, upgrades, relocations, security patching, automation, monitoring, lifecycle, and maintenance/repairs for end-user workstations and related systems within the enterprise.
Provide enterprise-level technical guidance to support personnel across the enterprise.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the end-user computing space and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the end-user computing platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure end-user computing solutions integrate seamlessly with other systems and platforms.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and develop detailed technical designs and implementation plans and provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
Build automation solutions for managing all aspects of the end-user computing environment
Build custom reporting using SQL,Graph API, KQL and Power BI.
Deliver high quality, constantly adapting, excellent end-user technology services.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise-scale end user computing, including desktop, mobile and cloud computing solutions
In-depth experience with Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune
In-depth experience deploying/managing Windows operating systems and security updates
Proficient writing PowerShell scripts/tools for administrative and automation tasks

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale end user computing, including desktop, mobile and cloud computing solutions for petrochemical manufacturing
Experience managing Windows Autopilot
Experience using SQL queries and/or web APIs to generate custom queries and reports
Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 and/or Citrix VDI
