Day-to-Day:
- Build and use SQL queries to produce data from multiple internal sources that will support the work of the Revenue Realization Team in projects on an Ad Hoc Basis
- Build data tracking and information spreadsheets for individual projects that allow input from Realization Team.
- Produce documents and mass uploads that update pricing based on findings by Revenue Realization team to collect entitled revenues.
- Producing reports and tracking process of Revenue Support Reps efforts to recover entitled revenues.
- Self – Educated on other internal data sources as they are introduced with them, that will allow the Revenue Realization Team to expand their reach on Projects and collect additional entitled revenues in a accelerated manner.
- Perform other duties and activities as assigned by Leadership.
Education requirements:
- Preferred Education is a bachelor's degree
Experience requirements:
- Experience (North America & LATAM):
- Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) or the equivalent in related work experience
- Two or more years of recent experience as a Business or Sales Analyst
- Billing and or pricing experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience and knowledge building reports within a standard reporting application (i.e., SAP Business Objects, Cognos BI, SQL Reporting Services, etc.) and producing queries as needed from each of the data points and systems, along with ad hoc data marts for analysis using business intelligence tools (i.e., SQL, Alteryx, SSIS, etc.)
- Experience with (understand, develop, and execute queries) SQL, SAP Hana Enterprise and relational databases preferred
- Advanced in Excel (V Look-Up, Pivot Tables, Formulas, and other calculations) and comfortable using other Ms Office products
- Willingness to expand upon known technical skills and continually develop/learn new technical skills in support of new tools/methods
- Ability to work independently and manage several simultaneous projects with a focus on results
- Experience in service business preferred, but not required
