- Least 2 years of experience is required. Will prioritize someone early in their career. (Though, Open for 10+ years of exp as well.)
- Need someone who has done Onsite desktop support in the similar enterprise environment in the past couple of years rather than someone doing remote support.
- Break fix hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting Laptop, Monitor, printer, and network issues.
- Imaging, Wifi issues Should be comfortable lifting and moving laptop boxes, monitors up to 25 pounds as they're setting up the office.
